“Serving up phish tunes by the bowlful.” Locally based Fishmarket Stew uses the Phish catalog as a launching pad for their own improvised music. Members have shared the stage with names including members of Phish, Crosby Still & Nash, The Allman Brothers Band, Steve Miller, Steely Dan, Soulive, Jennifer Hartswick, Grippo Funk Band, and The Neville Brothers, The Doobie Brothers, Rob Stoner, and Chicago.
