Pickett’s Pre-Thanksgiving Wine Dinner featuring Hank Zona and Chef Richard Krug

The Pre-Thanksgiving wine dinner will be held upstairs on Wednesday, November 16,2022 at 7 PM. Dinner will feature five seasonal courses by Chef Rich Krug paired with five wines carefully selected by wine expert and educator Hank Zona. Tickets are $139 each, including tax and service. Aperitif: Murgo Brut Rosé Metodo Classico, Etna, Sicily.   

Cauliflower “Tikka Masala” Soup with pumpkin seeds, pomegranate molasses

Domaine Mittnacht Freres, ‘Gyotaku’ White Blend, Alsace, France. 

Foie Gras Bread Pudding with salad of greens, poached pear, butternut squash, orange vinaigrette

Florent Cosme Vouvray Sec ‘Grosse Pierre’, Loire, France.

Confit of Turkey Leg with brussels sprouts, bacon, spiced carrots, labneh

Apple Cider Brined Turkey Breast with braised red cabbage, apple, onion, spaetzle, turkey jus
