We’re nearly two weeks into May and she’s proving to be a bit fickle. Warm and cold, wet and dry, gusty winds and warm breezes. Despite the ups and downs of the weather, welcoming so many of you to Pickett’s, inside and out, has been awesome.
Thanks to Angry Archie and Stuff Bros. for a great first Food Truck Friday. And thanks to everybody who came out and made it such a lively and festive evening. This coming FTF, May 14, brings Bro-Ritos, wholesome and delicious burritos and other Mexican fare, made fresh, with natural ingredients and a whole lot of enthusiasm. Keeping in the FTF tradition, we’ll also have live music by the inimitable Glenn Alexander Duo and $5 drafts.
So yes, Fridays might be sexy and fun, but the other days of the week have a lot to offer, too! Wednesday, for one. Wednesday is Burger Night – any one of our luscious burgers and a draft beer of your choice, just $18. And Sunday features a Prime Rib Dinner worth calling home about (especially if home is in the Midwest, where the pleasures of prime rib are well known). Scooch up to a gorgeous still life of prime rib, mashed potatoes and asparagus, all for $26.99. Also on Sundays at Pickett’s: every bottle of wine on our stellar list is half-price.
Whether we see you early on Sunday (3-8PM) or late on Friday-Saturday (4-10PM), we just want to see you!
