Last week’s 60-degree days didn’t feel much like January, but the cold snap this week confirms it: winter has arrived. Good thing our family-style meals have, too! This week we add Chicken Enchiladas to the lineup (vegetable version is also an option). The meals handily feed 4-6, and customers have told us how they love the leftovers – put an over-easy egg over the last enchilada and call it breakfast or tuck the last of the Latin Pork into the corn tortillas we provide for just that purpose. Leftover black beans and rice are perfect served over the last of the family style Caesar or Simple Salad, for a delicious mix of temperatures and textures.

Here’s a rundown of all the options:

  3. Danish Baby Back Ribs (2 racks) with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables
  4. Rigatoni Bolognese with Dinner Rolls

Each one comes with a family-style Caesar or Simple Salad. Round out your order by choosing a beer you love or want to try (buy a growler or refill one you already have) or picking out your favorite bottle of wine.

And speaking of winter … the heat lamps are keeping customers warm on the patio (a continuing fan favorite on all but the coldest of days) and our tent, which is closed on 3 sides.
